Job summary

9 Dot Education Solutions, LLC seeks a Director of Enterprise Systems to oversee the ERP platform, enterprise applications, and business systems. You will shape strategy, drive integrations with Workday, and ensure scalable, secure operations across the organization.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team, partner with executives, manage system upgrades and data governance, and champion process improvements that boost efficiency. In-person collaboration is expected 20+ days a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, or Business or 7–10 years of related experience.
• Experience managing ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of ERP administration, integrations, and enterprise app management.
• Experience leading complex systems environments and cross-functional processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a systems roadmap aligned with organizational goals, priorities, and future needs.
• Oversee ERP systems administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Drive process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance operations.
• Manage Workday integrations, data flows, and system dependencies for reliable information.
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, migrations, enhancements, testing, and release management.
• Establish standards for system security, access, data integrity, and change management.
• Oversee reporting and analytics to support informed business decisions.
• Lead and develop the systems team and collaborate with related departments.
• Travel for client meetings: 20+ days per year for in-person presentations.
