Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, economic development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, small business development, or program coordination.
• Strong understanding of the small business lifecycle and the challenges faced by new entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver programming with community partners to foster an entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Mentor prospective and new small business owners through resource navigation and program facilitation.
• Manage entrepreneurial facilities (co-working spaces, incubators, event venues) to generate revenue.
• Promote CCM educational programs and services within the Center for Workforce Development.
• Develop internships for degree and certificate students; collaborate with college and external partners.
