Job summary

Ensemble seeks a Director, Vendor Management to lead enterprise vendor strategy, governance, performance, and value realization across a complex healthcare revenue cycle. You will own the vendor lifecycle from sourcing through renewal, partnering with Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT and executives to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 7+ years in vendor management, sourcing, operations, or third-party risk.
• 3+ years in people leadership or enterprise program leadership.
• PMP, CISM, CPSM, CSCP, or comparable credential.
• Healthcare revenue cycle management experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement an enterprise vendor governance framework with segmentation and scorecards.
• Improve visibility into vendor performance with SLA, KPI, quality, risk reporting.
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment across Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT and leaders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing vendor management team.
