Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Director, Vendor Management to lead enterprise vendor strategy, governance, and value realization in a complex revenue cycle environment.

You will own the vendor lifecycle from sourcing and due diligence through contracting, onboarding, performance reviews, renewal, and transition, guiding a high‑performing team and partnering with Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and executives.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive vendor management, sourcing, operations, or third‑party risk experience.
• Three or more years of people leadership or enterprise program leadership experience.
• PMP, CISM, CPSM, CSCP, or comparable credential.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise vendor management strategy and translate operating priorities into a practical vendor portfolio plan.
• Advise senior leaders on sourcing, insourcing, outsourcing, vendor consolidation, and performance improvement decisions.
• Identify market, capacity, technology, and delivery risks that could affect service continuity or growth.
• Oversee vendor selection, due diligence, contracting support, onboarding, performance reviews, remediation, renewal, and off‑boarding.
• Establish scorecards and operating reviews that measure service levels, quality, productivity, cost, compliance, and business outcomes.
• Lead resolution of material vendor issues and ensure corrective actions are documented, owned, and sustained.
• Lead, coach, and develop vendor management analysts and other assigned team members.
