Job summary

Gold Coast Health Plan is seeking an experienced leader to oversee enterprise vendor management strategy, governance, and performance across critical healthcare operations. You will partner with Compliance, Legal, IT, and Clinical leaders to align vendor services with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in vendor management, strong executive presence, and proven ability to drive cost efficiencies and risk mitigation while preserving quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare, operations, supply chain, finance or related field.
• 10+ years of vendor management experience in healthcare operations or related field.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise vendor management programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise vendor management strategy, operating model, and governance framework.
• Establish standards, policies, and controls for the full vendor lifecycle.
• Provide executive leadership with recommendations on outsourcing, insourcing, and vendor consolidation.
• Lead vendor performance reviews, risk mitigation, and remediation for underperforming vendors.
• Ensure vendor operations comply with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
