Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years in vendor management or healthcare operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee vendor management strategy, governance, and portfolio.
• Lead executive reviews, KPI/SLA standards, and performance reporting.
• Oversee risk, compliance, contract, financial management, and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement and Risk teams.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing vendor management team.
