Gold Coast Health Plan is seeking a Senior Director of Vendor Management to lead enterprise vendor strategy, governance, and performance across all third-party relationships in our California-based health plan. You will shape standards, oversee risk, and partner with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and IT to drive value and ensure member outcomes.

In this role you will manage executive reviews, develop KPI dashboards, optimize the vendor portfolio, and guide strategic sourcing and transition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare administration, operations, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• Progressive experience in vendor management and healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute enterprise vendor management strategy, governance, and portfolio.
• Lead executive reviews and establish vendor KPIs, SLAs, and reporting.
• Oversee risk, compliance, and regulatory oversight for third-party vendors.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business owners on strategic sourcing and contracts.
