Vontier is seeking an seasoned Transformation Leader to own governance and execution quality for its portfolio of lean-driven value-stream transformations. You will translate enterprise priorities into KPI-backed charters, assign and coach VBS capacity, establish baselines, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results.

You will mentor transformation leaders, remove barriers, and ensure methods fit each problem while building capability for handoffs and scalable capacity

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive experience in relevant business, operational, or functional field with strong background in lean transformation.
• Proven track record in enterprise transformation and business turnaround using lean methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional transformations with measurable outcomes.
• Experience mentoring transformation leaders and influencing senior sponsors.
• Demonstrated financial judgment and ability to adapt methods across varied business conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Own governance and execution quality across Vontier’s portfolio of chartered value-stream transformations.
• Define transformation charters with explicit outcomes, baselines, sponsors, owners, resources, risks, and exit criteria.
• Establish weekly transformation reviews and transparent health reporting.
• Mentor VBSLs in systems thinking, structured problem solving, and stakeholder influence.
• Pressure-test root cause, countermeasures, and benefits logic; ensure export of capabilities.
• Remove cross-functional barriers and ensure transformation methods fit the problem.
