You will mentor VBSLs, remove cross-functional barriers, and ensure transformations fit the problem rather than forcing a tool. Expect significant travel and enterprise-scale impact.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive experience in relevant business, operational, or functional field with strong background in lean transformation.
• Proven track record in enterprise transformation and business turnaround using lean methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional transformations with measurable outcomes.
• Experience mentoring transformation leaders and influencing senior sponsors.
• Demonstrated financial judgment and ability to adapt methods across varied business conditions.
• Expert value-stream transformation and Lean thinking; proficient problem solving, growth thinking, and change leadership; competent strategy execution, 80/20 thinking, financial judgment, data judgment, and development of others.
• Willingness to travel regularly (40–50%) across a global operating company portfolio.

• Translate enterprise priorities into KPI-backed charters and assign VBSL capacity.
• Establish baselines, Finance validation, and cross-functional barrier removal.
• Hold the portfolio accountable for measurable KPI transformation.
• Define transformation charters with explicit outcomes, sponsors, and exit criteria.
• Mentor VBSLs in systems thinking and structured problem solving.
• Pressure-test root cause, countermeasures, and benefits logic.
• Capture field learning and improve enterprise transformation standards.
