Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp. is seeking a Director of Business Transformation Analytics & Automation to lead a senior team across data & analytics and automation & AI within the Business Transformation function.

You will shape analytical standards, drive value sizing, and partner with IT on tooling and data platforms to deliver durable, enterprise-wide improvements. Reporting to the VP of Business Transformation, this hybrid leadership role requires global coverage across FirstEnergy’s service territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, engineering, information systems, business, or a related discipline, plus a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience and 8 years of relevant functional/technical work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of analytics practices and automation and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of contributors across data & analytics and automation & AI.
• Set methods, standards, and quality expectations for both disciplines.
