Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Master's Degree and/or SHRM, HRCI, or similar HR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partners with business leaders to promote consistent, objective performance management across the organization.
- Analyzes performance data to identify trends and leadership focus areas.
- Develops enterprise talent insights to support succession planning and workforce planning.
- Manages enterprise talent reviews with data analysis and action plans.
- Oversees annual performance management and ensures policy alignment with employment requirements.
- Collaborates with HR Tech to develop dashboards and reporting for leaders.
