David Weekley Homes is seeking a Business Systems Training Manager to lead a team of trainers focused on enterprise systems, tools, and applications. You will partner with HR and IT to assess needs, design scalable learning strategies, and drive adoption across the organization.

The role emphasizes change management, analytics, and governance across LMS and training platforms while delivering measurable impact company-wide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate training, with 3+ years in management.
• Proven track record building enterprise training for systems (Workday, Salesforce, custom platforms).
• Strong instructional design knowledge and adult learning theory.
• Ability to translate technical information into actionable training content.
• Experience leading initiatives across fast-paced environments and driving enterprise adoption.
• Familiarity with LMS governance, learning analytics, and digital content tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Training Specialists and Senior Training Specialists.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR, and IT to assess needs and drive strategy.
• Develop scalable learning solutions aligned with change management.
• Lead strategy and execution for enterprise technology training across tools and platforms.
• Manage cross-functional learning programs with project managers and sponsors.
• Establish and report learning KPIs to leadership.
