Lead systems engineering, service delivery, and 24x7 incident response.
Define architecture direction, roadmaps, and metrics (SLA/KPI).
Coach and develop the team, manage budgets and resources.
Prioritize work, coordinate outages, and report to stakeholders.
Ensure SDLC, code management, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Drive automation and IaC across cloud and hypervisor environments.
Oversee backup, recovery, and vendor contracts.
