Job summary

The New York Mets are seeking a Technology Solutions Manager to lead delivery, support, and continuous improvement of technology solutions across Citi Field and Mets facilities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems).

Responsibilities

Own the delivery, support, governance, and scaling of a broad portfolio of applications for internal operations, fan engagement, and enterprise initiatives.
Lead solution delivery across the full project lifecycle: discovery, requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate needs into secure, scalable architectures and measurable outcomes.
Define adoption and performance metrics and refine CRM, AI, and automation capabilities based on outcomes and feedback.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to validate requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver successful product rollouts.
Ensure integrations, data flows, and security considerations are ready for ballpark and enterprise use.
Prototyping and building secure internal solutions using low-code, APIs, and scripting with appropriate governance.
