Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Enterprise Systems to lead HP NonStop infrastructure engineering, automation, and performance engineering efforts. You will mentor teams, drive CI/CD adoption, and shape the modernization of large-scale enterprise platforms.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled operations, security automation, and strategic roadmaps. The director will supervise engineers and contractors, coordinate with architecture and vendors, and ensure delivery of mission-critical solutions

Qualifications

10+ years of proven experience in enterprise-class platform engineering.
7+ years leading engineering teams, including contractors.
Deep expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing.
Experience with performance testing and QA practices in enterprise environments.
Strong monitoring/observability and incident response capabilities.
Knowledge of API development, microservices, and cloud-native patterns.
Security automation and vulnerability remediation experience.
Familiarity with SRE principles and DR planning.

Responsibilities

Lead HP NonStop transformation with modern DevOps practices and automation.
Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Drive infrastructure automation, AI-assisted operations, and predictive analytics.
Establish monitoring, alerting, and observability across platforms.
Champion containerization and cloud-native design where applicable.
Oversee performance testing standards and tooling across teams.
Collaborate with architecture to design scalable, resilient HP NonStop solutions.
Manage budget, resources, and vendor relationships for engineering initiatives.
