Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director of AI Infrastructure & Platform Engineering to lead the build-out and ongoing operation of CVS Health's on-prem AI compute platform. You will own hardware, network fabric, GPU clusters, storage and the orchestration layers, and establish a high-performance Site Reliability Engineering practice in a greenfield environment.

Qualifications
- Over 10 years of engineering leadership with data center scale infrastructure.
- Hands-on bare-metal Kubernetes or OpenShift experience.
- Fluency with RoCE v2, InfiniBand, and lossless networking.
Responsibilities
- Define long-range strategy for AI infrastructure and platform engineering.
- Lead 24/7 operations with high availability and reliability goals.
- Own the physical and platform layers of the AI compute environment.
