Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health in New Jersey seeks a Director to lead IT&S Server/Cloud Infrastructure across the enterprise, aligning technology with clinical and corporate needs. You will drive strategy, oversee vendor relations, and manage a diverse team to deliver reliable, scalable services.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with 5+ in leadership, strong project oversight, and experience with server, cloud and storage tech.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of IT and business experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior management.
Experience in server, cloud, and storage technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide overall management, direction and coordination of Server/Cloud Infrastructure for the enterprise Health system.
Develop long-range Server/Cloud technology planning and administer related operations.
Ensure server/cloud infrastructure performance, scalability, availability and monitoring.
Partner with engineering leaders to drive strategic server/cloud initiatives.
Manage staffing, performance, training and career development for the team.
