Job summary

Draper, a nonprofit R&D organization in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Director 1, Corporate Facility Security (Corporate FSO) to lead the enterprise Industrial Security Program. This role partners with senior leadership, DCSA, prime contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence in safeguarding classified information and critical assets.

The incumbent will oversee personnel security, physical security, document control, insider threat, and security

Qualifications

• Requires FSO certification or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Solid knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA requirements, and industrial security principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise Industrial Security Program and ensure compliance with NISPOM and government regulations.
• Lead and coordinate security functions across multiple facilities and programs.
• Develop and implement enterprise security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Liaise with DCSA, government customers, and contractors on security matters.
• Manage personnel security, clearance processes, and security training.
