Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Director 1, Corporate Facility Security (Corporate FSO) to provide strategic leadership of the enterprise Industrial Security Program, ensuring compliance with NISPOM, DCSA requirements, and federal regulations.

You will lead security across personnel, physical, document control, and insider threat programs, partner with government customers and internal stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in security governance.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field.
• 5+ years in DoD/security management with classified contracts.
• FSO leadership experience in enterprise programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise Industrial Security Program with NISPOM compliance.
• Lead personnel security, physical security, and document control operations.
• Coordinate with DCSA, government customers, and contractors.
• Manage security investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
• Direct security education, insider threat, and self-inspection programs.
• Budget, staffing, and technology management for the security function.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Contracts, and Program Management.
