Job description

About the Role

As a Director of Enterprise Sales, you’ll be joining the Revenue team at Zero Hash to support our continued expansion in the US and globally.

We are looking for a self-starting individual with a proven success in high-growth environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and address unique customer needs. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing and delivering strategic sales presentations, negotiating, and closing deals. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of crypto and fintech across payments and investments platforms with an entrepreneurial spirit for innovation in the crypto space. While previous sales experience is beneficial, we seek someone who understands our product and is enthusiastic about exploring new use cases and potential placements for Zero Hash.

This is a remote role open to all candidates residing in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Identify potential revenue opportunities, conduct pre-sales consultations, deliver customized presentations, and provide insights to create new revenue streams.
  • Effective Communication: Understand potential clients' business objectives, goals, and challenges. Create persuasive presentations that articulate the value of Zero Hash's API solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Exceed Performance Targets: Consistently surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com, including activity logs and revenue pipelines.
  • Negotiation Mastery: Navigate complex negotiations with leadership levels within prospective companies to close high-value contracts successfully.
  • Cross-Selling Collaboration: Work with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Product Insights: Contribute to setting product development priorities based on customer feedback.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel up to 40% of the time.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated Experience: Proven success in enterprise sales within the tech industry or valuable experience in product development or pre-sales, with a strong record of exceeding targets.
  • Creative Pitching: Ability to leverage presentation tools like Google Slides and prototyping tools such as Lucid Charts and Figma.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of fintech and crypto, including trends, technologies, and competitors.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close complex, high-value deals.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain trust-based relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Effective Deal Sourcing: Ability to proactively identify and secure new opportunities with a 'hunter' mentality.
