Director, Key Accounts - Permanent - Remote

Proclinical is seeking a Director of Key Accounts to manage and nurture relationships with top pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This role focuses on developing strategic account plans and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

The Director, Key Accounts will:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Life Sciences.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong background in Genomics within a commercial setting.
  • Excellent business acumen and consultative relationship management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Valid US driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmaceutical and biotech accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account management plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Drive growth in the Genomics sector through effective account strategies.
  • Conduct continuous account mapping and engage decision-makers with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activities, and business opportunities, and report findings.
  • Organize and present business reviews and capabilities to current and potential clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical support, and corporate development teams.
