Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 9 years of risk management experience.
At least 7 years of experience in financial services.
At least 5 years of people management.
Experience leading risk programs across an organization.

Responsibilities

Ensure effective management and enhancement of the bank’s Issues and Events Programs in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations (including applicable regulatory frameworks)
Drive cross-functional improvement efforts to the Issue and Event Management Program, including enhancements to enterprise-wide practices around Root Cause Analysis
Drive proactive analysis and reporting around issues and events to identify enterprise-wide themes, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and deliver appropriate reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors
