Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective management and enhancement of the bank’s Issues and Events Programs in alignment with objectives and regulatory frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional improvement efforts to the Issue and Event Management Program, including enhancements to root cause analysis.
• Drive proactive analysis and reporting around issues and events to identify enterprise-wide themes, trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors.
