Job summary

UKG is seeking a Director, Enterprise Risk Assurance and Advisory to lead a broad risk portfolio and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You will own risk-based assurance across enterprise operations and functions, and deliver proactive risk guidance to shape practical, sustainable solutions.

You will plan and lead audits, coordinate with second-line risk, and develop an in-house team while maturing risk assessment and stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant internal audit, risk, assurance, or advisory experience.
• Experience leading risk-based audit and advisory programs with senior leaders.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CA, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own risk-based assurance and advisory coverage across enterprise operations and functions.
• Build relationships with executives, delivering insights on emerging risks and control improvements.
• Deliver proactive risk and control consulting to shape practical solutions.
• Plan, scope and lead audits and advisory reviews from risk assessment through reporting.
• Coordinate with second-line risk and compliance functions to align on key risks.
• Lead and develop an in-house team of professionals and coordinate external resources.
