Job summary

UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, seeks a Director of Technology Risk and Resilience. Based in Lowell, MA or Weston, FL, in a hybrid setup, you will lead broad tech risk programs, advise senior leaders, and drive assurance across SaaS products and cloud environments.

You will build relationships with governance, risk and compliance functions, guide risk-aware decision-making, and mentor a small in-house team while coordinating with external resources.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology internal audit or risk advisory.
• Experience in SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate technical risk into business impact for executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope and lead audits across SaaS products, cloud environment, cybersecurity, engineering, product risk, and resilience.
• Build trusted relationships with Product, Engineering, Security, Cloud, and business leaders; provide actionable risk insights.
• Provide proactive technology risk and control consulting on initiatives and transformations.
• Lead independent audit work supporting ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certifications.
• Coordinate with second-line risk functions to align on key risks and provide an integrated view of technology risk.
• Lead and develop an in-house team of ~3 professionals and coordinate flexible co-source resources.
