Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field required.
• 10+ years in process improvement with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Black Belt certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for enterprise-wide improvement.
• Develop and implement related best practices.
• Develop metrics to track performance and goals.
• Serve as internal consultant on CI initiatives.
• Identify and develop plans to improve performance across the enterprise.
• Organize and direct project team members.
• Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
