Job summary

DTCC in the United States seeks a Director to lead the Governance Execution & Decision Enablement pillar within the Enterprise Portfolio Office. You will drive the cadence, support executive decision-making, and ensure delivery excellence across portfolio initiatives.

You will coach a team, manage forums, and coordinate with Portfolio Advisory and Standards, Controls, Data & Continuous Improvement to improve input quality and reporting consistency.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of related experience in portfolio management, PMO/EPMO, governance, program delivery or related discipline.
• Master’s or advanced degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams responsible for executive committees, governance forums, portfolio councils and senior management review routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Governance Execution & Decision Enablement pillar, including team priorities and operating rhythm.
• Manage and develop a team responsible for enterprise governance forums and executive materials.
• Own execution of enterprise governance forums with clear agendas and post-forum communications.
• Set and enforce committee readiness standards across calendars, content and reviews.
• Ensure action, escalation and decision records are maintained and tracked to closure.
• Translate complex portfolio topics into clear decision points, risks and escalation paths.
• Provide senior leadership with consolidated visibility into risks, dependencies and blockers.
