Qualifications

• TQ 1: Demonstrated technical expertise in enterprise-wide organizational performance monitoring and reporting, including the analysis and validation of performance data.
• TQ 2: Demonstrated technical expertise in developing enterprise-wide process-improvement methodologies to address organizational performance or operational problems.
• ECQ 1: Commitment to the Rule of Law and the Principles of the American Founding — knowledge of the American system of government, commitment to uphold the Constitution and the rule of law.
• ECQ 2: Driving Efficiency — ability to strategically and efficiently manage resources, budget effectively, cut wasteful spending, and pursue efficiency through process and technological upgrades.
• ECQ 3: Merit and Competence — demonstrated knowledge, ability and technical competence to produce work of exceptional quality.
• ECQ 4: Leading People — ability to lead and inspire toward the organization's vision, mission, and goals, and drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture.
• ECQ 5: Achieving Results — ability to achieve both individual and organizational results and align them to stated goals.
