TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume must clearly demonstrate that you possess the following technical qualifications.
TQ 1: Demonstrated executive leadership experience providing strategic direction and influencing complex nuclear and industrial safety, cyber and physical security, and emergency management programs across Departmental, interagency, and intra-agency organizations.
TQ 2: Demonstrated executive leadership experience directing and influencing complex enforcement, assessment, and national security training advisement, including the strategic application of qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate performance, drive organizational improvement, and enhance program effectiveness across Departmental, interagency, and intra-agency organizations.
EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs): In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs.
