Job summary

Henry is seeking a Director of Account Management to own a major enterprise partnership with a top CRE brokerage, rolling Henry out across the U.S. You will manage the relationship end to end, drive expansion, and embed Henry into the client’s capital markets, leasing, and debt workflows.

You will spend significant time on the ground with producers and leaders to tailor the platform to customer needs, owning the revenue and roadmap discussions, and building a scalable account management function.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience across commercial real estate and consulting.
• Owned customer relationships with revenue responsibility on the line.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnership end to end: account plan, commercial strategy and governance.
• Land and expand: scope, launch, and expand to new offices and teams.
• Run the customer engine: monitor usage, address risks, and resolve blockers.
• Build the enterprise account management playbook and scale the team.
• Ensure KPIs are met with adoption, and maintain strategic partnership with leadership.
