Job summary

Gigawatt is seeking an Integrations Lead to own end-to-end data movements between customer source systems and Gigawatt’s platform. You will design and ship connectors and APIs, establish data-quality gates, and drive a reusable integration pattern across multiple modules.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and customer teams, mentori ng a growing integration group while delivering reliable, scalable integration capabilities for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and building enterprise integrations that ingest from and publish to external systems.
• Designing connectors and APIs that other systems consume, with a reusable framework in mind.
• Experience with Boomi, Kafka/Confluent, CDC, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations in both directions — inbound and outbound — across source systems and platforms.
• Build the outbound integration capability with connectors and APIs (GraphQL, batch, webhooks) for client systems.
• Define and evolve a portable, reusable connector framework across customers and modules.
• Personally design, build, and harden connectors and pipelines (Boomi, Kafka, CDC, REST/GraphQL).
• Own data mapping, quality, and validation to ensure data lands complete and correct.
• Establish two-way handshake with monitoring, alerts, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Onboard new connectors to utility systems (CIS, billing, metering) using shared patterns.
• Unblock cross-module dependencies and align connector work with the roadmap.
• Grow and mentor integration engineers as the function scales.
