Job summary

Gigs in New York is seeking an Implementation Manager to partner with customers, plan, coordinate and launch API integrations using the Gigs API. This role sits at the heart of Customer Success, working with Product and Engineering to scope features and drive on-time delivery across geographies for large fintechs and platforms.

You'll collaborate with Growth and Business Development to align roadmaps, manage complex projects, and ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Product Management at a B2B or SaaS tech company.
• Experience with API integrations and complex deployments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to push customer projects forward.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to balance technical, product, and commercial considerations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer implementations end-to-end for API integrations.
• Be the primary technical contact for customer engineering teams.
• Advise on user experience and necessary API endpoints.
• Own portfolios of complex implementations and define roadmaps.
• Coordinate across Business Development, Marketing, Product and Engineering.
• Identify and scope features with Product and Engineering.
• Understand commercial dynamics to ensure successful implementations.
