Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is undergoing a major enterprise transformation to modernize technology and enable AI-driven capabilities across SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake, AWS, and AI agents.

The Director, Enterprise Integration, EDI & AI Agent Platform will lead teams for enterprise application integration, APIs, EDI, and AI agent integration, partnering with EA, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure to deliver secure, scalable capabilities supporting the digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in large-scale enterprise integration, middleware, API, platform engineering, or integration architecture, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep expertise in event-driven design, REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, API management, EDI/B2B, and cloud-native platforms.
• Hands-on with at least one leading iPaaS (e.g. MuleSoft) and a major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale integration platforms supporting mission-critical apps.
• Strong API management, integration, and AI-enabled development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise integration strategy, architecture, and governance across the org.
• Direct design, implementation, operations, and optimization of integrations, APIs, and EDI.
• Ensure highly available, secure, and resilient integration services with monitoring and automation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and specialists.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Data teams.
• Support transformation initiatives across cloud, ERP, data, and digital programs.
