Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Director-level leader to drive end-to-end engineering for corporate platforms, including Workday integrations and AI enablement. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, architect secure, scalable solutions, and collaborate with executives across HR, Finance, and GBS.

Ideal candidates have extensive leadership experience in enterprise technology, strong experience with Workday and MuleSoft, and a proven ability to transform platforms in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, platform delivery, integration, or technical leadership roles.
• 6+ years of leadership experience, preferably supporting Workday at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and Workday Build technologies.
• Strong expertise with MuleSoft or comparable middleware and API-led integration architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery and operational health of corporate platforms.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to modernize platforms and improve experiences.
• Ensure solutions are resilient, compliant, and built for long-term value across the Family of Companies.
• Drive AI enablement and agent orchestration across platforms and workflows.
