Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Director of Enterprise Integration to define the architecture, strategy, and governance for a modern, cloud-native integration platform. You will lead integration engineers, architects, and EDI specialists while partnering with EA, Cybersecurity, and Data teams to accelerate our digital transformation.

The role requires deep experience with event-driven architectures, API management, EDI/B2B, and cloud-native technologies, plus a hands-on mindset to drive

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise integration and middleware.
Experience leading large teams in complex environments.
Proven API management, EDI/B2B, and cloud integration.
Hands-on with at least one iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft) and a major cloud platform.

Responsibilities

Define and govern enterprise integration strategy.
Lead design, delivery, and operations of integrations across SAP, Snowflake, Salesforce, Workday, MS 365.
Build and mentor a high-performing integration team.
Partner with EA, Security, Data/Governance, and AI Center of Excellence.
