Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is undergoing a major enterprise transformation to modernize its technology landscape, emphasizing SAP S/4HANA, Snowflake, AWS, and AI-enabled integration.

The Director, Enterprise Integration will lead architecture, governance, and delivery of APIs, EDI, and AI agent integration to support secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise connectivity across SAP, Snowflake, and major platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in large-scale enterprise integration, middleware, API, platform engineering, or integration architecture with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Deep technical expertise in event-driven design, REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, API management, EDI/B2B integration, and cloud-native platforms.
• Proven success designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-scale integration platforms.
• Experience with AI-enabled development and operations for integration delivery.
• Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent communication to guide decisions and represent Enterprise Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute BBG’s enterprise integration strategy and governance.
• Lead integration delivery, APIs, event streaming, EDI, and AI agent integration across platforms.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of engineers and architects; manage technology partners.
• Ensure highly available, secure, and scalable integration services with monitoring and incident response.
• Collaborate with EA, Cybersecurity, Data teams to accelerate transformation.
