Breakthru Beverage Group is undergoing a major enterprise transformation to modernize our technology landscape and enable AI-driven capabilities across the business. We seek a strategic, hands-on leader to define and execute the enterprise integration strategy, establishing architecture, governance, and standards as the digital backbone of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in large-scale enterprise integration or middleware.
• 5+ years in leadership roles guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise integration strategy and roadmaps.
• Establish architecture, governance, and standards for integrations across SAP, Snowflake, Salesforce and other platforms.
• Lead AI agent integration and governance to enable secure, scalable AI-enabled workflows.
• Direct design, delivery, and operation of APIs, EDI, and event-streaming across enterprise systems.
