Job summary

Search Partner Group, LLC is seeking a Director of Infrastructure to lead modernization of its enterprise technology, moving from on-premise toward cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions. You will oversee a distributed infrastructure team and manage networking, security, and vendor relationships while shaping the cloud strategy for a rapidly growing organization.

The role offers remote work within the United States with a base salary of $175,000–$190,000 plus a 20% annual incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 8+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with meaningful management responsibility.
• Experience transitioning workloads from on-premise to cloud/hybrid-cloud.
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge (365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune).
• Experience with enterprise networking, security and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, reliability, performance, and evolution of enterprise infrastructure across distributed sites.
• Develop/execute a roadmap for cloud/hybrid migration of workloads.
• Evaluate Azure, AWS, private cloud vs on-premise based on security, cost, performance.
• Lead Infrastructure and Service Desk teams (1 direct report, ~10 indirect).
• Provide oversight of Microsoft environment and networking/connectivity.
• Budgeting, capacity planning, DR, and business continuity planning.
• Partner with IT leaders to ensure infrastructure investments align with business goals.
