Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in technology infrastructure and operations.
• 5+ years leading enterprise infrastructure or tech services teams.
• Experience managing distributed teams and offshore contractors.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, SIEM, and SOC services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for enterprise infrastructure including cloud, networking, and endpoints.
• Ensure security, resiliency, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards and roadmaps.
• Lead modernization, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Oversee Help Desk, security monitoring, and disaster recovery programs.
