Job summary

Jobgether SRL partner seeks a Director, Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations in the United States to lead strategy, architecture, and reliable operation of enterprise infrastructure and modern workplace platforms, including AWS, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, networking, compute, storage, and monitoring.

You will balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership, guide engineers and MSPs, develop roadmaps, automate with IaC, PowerShell, and Graph, ensuring security,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure and technology operations.
• 7+ years leading technical teams and enterprise platform capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets, roadmaps, and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise infrastructure roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Design, configure, automate, implement, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure.
• Lead technical decisions, escalations, and initiatives to improve reliability and cost efficiency.
• Establish standards for security, identity, endpoints, and monitoring with stakeholders.
• Lead engineers and vendors, manage service levels and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into platforms.
• Manage budgets, cloud usage, licensing, contracts, and investments.
• Communicate roadmaps and risks to tech teams and executives.
