Sports Careers is seeking a Director of Enterprise Hospitality & Event Ticketing to lead strategy, planning, and execution across MLS and SUM properties, delivering premium experiences for executives, partners, and clubs.

The role oversees hospitality programs, ticket sourcing, allocation, fulfillment, and reconciliation for tentpole events, and directs contractor support for international properties, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of MLS/SUM hospitality programs, including marquee events.
• Develop hospitality plans aligning with priorities, guest experience, and business goals.
• Oversee venues, catering, production, branding, gifting, transportation, and onsite execution.
• Produce briefs, timelines, budgets, and post-event recaps.
• Coordinate site visits, venue recommendations, and guest-experience planning.
• Manage hospitality ticketing across tentpole events, including sourcing and allocation.
• Partner with MLS/SUM Ticketing, Clubs, venues, and internal stakeholders to source, track, allocate, distribute, and reconcile tickets.
• Oversee ticket inventory, request intake, allocation planning, approvals, fulfillment, transfers, guest lists, event-day support, and post-event reporting.
• Maintain accurate ticketing trackers and timely communication with internal teams, partners, clients, guests, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to support a seamless ticketing and guest experience.
• Oversee contractor support for hospitality across international event properties, including Leagues Cup, Campeones Cup, MexTour.
• Ensure contractor-led hospitality plans align with MLS/SUM standards, budgets, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and guest experience goals.
• Provide direction, feedback, and quality control for contractor deliverables, including planning documents, staffing plans, onsite execution, and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to integrate contractor-supported hospitality into broader event, partner, executive, and ticketing plans.
• Manage agencies, vendors, contractors, staffing partners, and event support resources across assigned programs.
