Job summary

HCSC is seeking an enterprise Data Security Leader to govern data security capabilities across the organization. You will identify, classify, protect, and monitor sensitive data in alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and evolving threats.

You will partner with Technology, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to reduce data-centric risk while enabling secure data usage at scale, including DLP, data classification, and data integrity controls across on‑premises and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in information security or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership or people-management experience.
• Deep understanding of data protection, DLP, classification and integrity.
• Experience with data security controls across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Oversee budgets and allocate resources for enterprise data security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data security governance and enable secure data usage at scale.
• Lead Data Loss Prevention, data classification, and integrity controls.
• Collaborate with Technology, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance, and business leaders.
