Job summary

TradeStation is seeking an Enterprise Data Products & Solutions Director to drive the company’s enterprise data strategy and productized data foundation. You will own data products, governance, and the operating model, reporting to the VP of Enterprise Data & AI and collaborating with senior leaders across functions.

This individual-contributor leadership role will set priorities, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable business outcomes by building a scalable data

Qualifications

• Own an entire data domain or portfolio with multi-year strategy and measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to drive organizational change toward a "data as a product" mindset across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the data product area vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap linked to business goals.
• Be accountable for area-level OKRs, adoption, data quality, trust, and business impact across the data function.
• Lead the transition from project-based data delivery to governed, reusable data products with clear ownership.
• Set standards and operating models to scale data initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data Science and business teams.
• Communicate strategy and progress to executives and the Board, influencing decisions without direct authority.
