NewAmsterdam Pharma Company N.V. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data Management & Governance Lead to own the enterprise data governance strategy, master data, and the data layer of our cloud data platform on Google Cloud.

You will help ensure data provability on demand and drive the federated stewardship model across clinical, commercial, and regulatory domains. The role requires hands-on mastery of modern cloud data platforms, strong SQL/dbt skills, and the ability to lead governance

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years leading data governance, with proven team leadership in life sciences.
• Hands-on mastery of modern cloud data platforms, preferably GCP, and SQL/dbt.
• Experience delivering governance outside IT and aligning business owners to data accountability.

• Define and drive enterprise data governance strategy and federated stewardship.
• Own metadata, business glossary, data lineage, and data quality programs.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and QA to implement controls.
