Job summary

True Classic is seeking a Director of Data Analytics and AI to own the company’s data, analytics, and AI decision layer. You will lead architecture, infrastructure, reporting intelligence, and AI capabilities enabling teams to access timely insights.

The role requires hands-on technical depth, strategic vision, and the ability to build scalable data platforms while managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Calabasas, CA.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data architecture, data modeling, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Proven ability to design scalable data platforms and self-service analytics.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own data platform architecture, pipelines, and governance.
• Lead in-house AI team and develop agentic systems and workflows.
• Define standards for data quality, cost efficiency, and reporting layers.
• Partner with business and tech teams to translate questions into actionable insights.
