Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Manager, CX Analytics (Enterprise Customer Delivery Experience) to lead analytics that shape what customers experience when receiving products. You will uncover insights to power better outcomes across delivery, installation, and service episodes.

You will partner with Delivery, Supply Chain, Product, Customer Experience, Operations, and Technology to identify friction, measure relevant metrics, and turn data into actionable strategies that scale across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
5-7+ years in analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
Advanced SQL and experience with large-scale datasets.
Experience leading analytics initiatives that influence business strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts responsible for measuring and improving Enterprise Customer Delivery Experience performance.
Partner with senior leaders to translate objectives into measurable outcomes.
Develop customer-centric analytics to uncover root causes of delivery friction.
Drive storytelling and recommendations to influence business decisions.
Counsel partners by connecting customer behavior, operations, and financial outcomes.
