Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Operations Business Analyst within HDES to influence field and support operations at scale. You will analyze drivers behind associate activities, design streamlined processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements across stores and supply chain facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.
• 3 years of work experience.
• Experience with LEAN 6 Sigma or other process improvement methodology.
• Project management experience.
• Experience conducting time studies and developing repeatable processes based on engineering standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and SmartSheet.
