Job summary

You will translate business questions into actionable insights, collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, Operations, Online and IT, and design new analytics platforms for better visibility.

You will guide junior analysts, develop KPI frameworks, and drive data-driven decision making across the enterprise, balancing technical delivery with business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science roles.
• Experience leading and growing a team of analysts.
• Ability to guide junior team members through data analysis and visualization fundamentals.
• Expertise in using data to identify key business insights to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytics solutions; ensure requirements are met.
• Present predictive and prescriptive insights to executive leadership and peers.
