Responsibilities

• 35% Solution Development - design and develop algorithms and models on large datasets; communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders; prepare updates and reports.
• 30% Project Management & Team Support - guide project goals, prioritize work, mentor junior roles, assist in workload distribution and hiring.
• 20% Business Collaboration - leverage business knowledge to drive data-driven solutions; educate partners on advanced analytics.
• 15% Technical Exploration & Development - expand knowledge, codify data products, document processes, contribute reusable algorithms.
