Job summary

C.H. Guenther seeks a strategic technology leader to oversee the enterprise applications portfolio, including SAP ECC, and partner with business leaders to drive growth and transformation.

The Director, Enterprise Applications will standardize processes, enable scale, manage external partners, and lead a team of enterprise applications managers to deliver measurable business value across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline required.
• MBA, advanced technical degree, or relevant SAP/enterprise technology certification preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience supporting enterprise applications and ERP environments.
• Hands-on experience leading SAP ECC projects, implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes.
• Experience managing teams, vendors, and external implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Applications Strategy: Develop and execute the roadmap for enterprise applications, including SAP ECC and related business platforms.
• Drive Acquisitions and Integrations: Lead ERP and enterprise application integration efforts for newly acquired businesses.
• Partner with the Business: Collaborate with leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial, HR, and Shared Services.
• Oversee Application Delivery and Support: Ensure reliable operation of SAP ECC and related business-critical applications.
• Develop and Lead the Team: Lead and develop Enterprise Applications managers and team members.

Education
